Fonix3388 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and fonix3388 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the fonix3388 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian members. Should there be any uncertainty regarding interpretation, please contact the fonix3388 support team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To be eligible to register and use the fonix3388 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a legally recognised permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Holding a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Register under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Never previously banned or blocked from the fonix3388 platform.
• fonix3388 employees, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as gaming members.

The fonix3388 account registration process is designed to be simple and quick — complete in under 2 minutes. However, there are a few important rules you must follow:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Creating multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other information is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Submitting false information is a serious violation.
• Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal. Required documents: a photo of your MyKad (front and back) and a selfie holding your MyKad.
• An active Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification during registration.
• fonix3388 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration application without providing a reason.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval by the fonix3388 finance team.
• fonix3388 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be made.

All fonix3388 bonuses and promotions — including the Welcome Bonus of up to RM 1,000, weekly cashback, daily rebates, and birthday bonuses — are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit.
• The Welcome Bonus (100% match up to RM 1,000) is exclusively for new members making their first deposit. Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount. Validity period: 30 days.
• Only one active bonus at a time. You may not claim a new bonus while a wagering requirement from a previous bonus remains incomplete.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: Slots (100%), Dragon Tiger / Baccarat (15%), Blackjack / Roulette (10%), Casino Hold'em (20%), Progressive Jackpot (50%).
• Sports Betting wagers do not contribute to casino bonus wagering requirements, and vice versa.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use a random number generator independently audited by a third party. Results are random and cannot be manipulated.
• In the event of technical disruptions, disconnections, or system errors during gameplay, any affected bets will be settled based on fonix3388's server records, which shall be considered final.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Please review your stake amount before confirming.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Betting strategies designed to exploit the system (e.g., bonus arbitrage, hedge betting across accounts) are prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fonix3388 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without any refund:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's name, IC, or personal information.
• Money laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financing.
• Game manipulation: Colluding with other players or staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• System exploitation: Seeking out and exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or software bugs.
• Cyber intrusion: Any attempt to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt fonix3388's infrastructure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fonix3388 account username and password.
• All activity carried out on your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report a loss of access to our support team.
• fonix3388 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or live chat. If anyone claims to be a fonix3388 staff member and requests your password, it is a scam — report it to us immediately.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Fonix3388 is committed to responsible gaming. We encourage all members to play for entertainment, not as a primary source of income.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit tools are available in your account settings.
• A session time limit can be set to prevent excessively long playing sessions.
• A "cooling-off" break option for periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days is available without the need to contact support.
• Self-exclusion options for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently can be requested through customer support.

Fonix3388 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Financial fraud, attempted money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Use of bots, automated software, or any tool that violates the game rules.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour directed at fonix3388 support staff.

In the event of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, any funds remaining in the account may be placed on hold while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the funds will be returned within 14 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting fonix3388 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded following verification.

Fonix3388 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by your internet service provider.
• Failure or malfunction of the device or software you use to access the platform.
• Betting decisions made based on inaccurate or misinterpreted information.
• Loss of account access due to a forgotten password or unauthorised use by a third party.

• fonix3388 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time.
• Notices of changes to these terms will be displayed on the platform's main page at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
• Continued use of the fonix3388 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support channels will be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
